BACTIMOXIN

Oral powder for addition to drinking water for vet. use only

Each 1 gm contains:-

  • Amoxicillin trihydrate 918.3 mg Equivalent to amoxicillin base 800 mg

Indications:

Chicken:

  • Colibacillosis, peritonitis caused by non-β-lactamaseproducing E. coli
  • Salmonellosis caused by non-β-lactamaseproducing Salmonella enterica subsp. enterica
  • Respiratory tract infections caused by non-β-lactamaseproducing E. coli.

Target Species

  • Calves, swine, chickens.

Dosage and administration:

From whole product

  • Chicken: 250mg / 1 liter of drinking water (10 kg body weight ) twice daily for 3-5 days.
  • Calves: 12.5 mg of powder / kg body weight twice daily for 3 to 5 days.
  • Swine: 25mg of powder /kg body weight twice daily for 3 to 5 days.

Withdrawal period

  • Calves: 4 days.
  • Swine: 3 days.
  • Chicken: 1 day.

Packaging:

  • 100, 250, 500 gm plastic jar
